Coffee is one of the most popular drinks for people of all ages. Coffee beverage products come in various types, such as arabica, robusta, liberika, and robusta with multiple varieties that can grow throughout the plains of Indonesia. However, coffee was initially found in Africa. Processing and serving coffee drinks for consumers is one way to get a distinctive taste so that coffee drinks are known everywhere with a characteristic black color and bitter flavor as well as with variations in the addition of milk, sap, and other additional products to get a drink that is very popular with consumers. The transparent coffee innovation is one of the innovations made by baristas to serve coffee drinks that are colorless but have the original taste and aroma. This idea makes innovation produce new beverage diversification in the coffee beverage processing process. However, the process of processing this clear coffee is a mystery with the manufacturing process method. This study summarizes several ways, such as centrifugation, standing, distillation, and chemical procedures, to make clear coffee drinks.
