Availability and ease of access to obtain resources is one of important elements in entrepreneurship. However, some conditions such as financial limitations, difficult access to raw materials or equipment and limited qualified human resources are sometimes inevitable. Owing to the fact that creating and sustaining business in a depleted and penurious environment is challenging, the entrepreneurial strategies to survive in the business competition is important to be explored. This literature study aims to discuss entrepreneurial strategies that can and have been applied by entrepreneurs who have resources-constrained condition. The method used is a systematic literature review by using an understanding of previous research data sourced from journal references on the internet related to entrepreneurial strategies and resources-constrained. The study started by determining the research question, parameter, and keywords then followed by screening for inclusion. This study found that there are several entrepreneurial strategies which were applied by entrepreneurs who had resources-constrained condition, namely bricolage, financial bootstrapping and improvisation. Each of these strategies has been implemented and has the potential to be adopted by other businesses.
