The Mango production in Karanganyar Regency has great potential to be developed into the value added derivative product. One such derivative product is processed mango in the form of pickled mango. The community based family planning volunteers, as partners in this activity have not yet fully utilized this opportunity. This is due to limited knowledge in business planning and pricing determination. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of the volunteers in developing pickled mango product through the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The methods used includes lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and evaluations involving 20 participants. The participants received materials on business potential, how to fill in BMC blocks, calculation of production costs and sellings prices as well as sales strategies. The results of the activity showed high anthusiasm. This was reflected in the participants ability to develop simple BMCs involving several key blocks. Questionnaire evaluations also indicated that 75% of participants planned to develop pickled mango business as entrepreneurial ventures. In conclusion, this training activity effectively improved the understanding and skills of the Family Planning Volunteers in designing sustainable pickled mango enterprises. At the same time, it strengthened the utilization of local potential for community economic empowerment.
