Food safety is a crucial factor in ensuring public health and the sustainability of the food system. The implementation of food safety standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and both national and international regulations play an important role in minimizing the risk of foodborne diseases and increasing consumer trust. This community service activity aims to evaluate the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in SME ABC. The methods used in this study include active participation, observation, discussion, and literature review.
